What more can we add? David and Helana were great hosts, the Gite was spotlessly clean & tidy and a very welcome bottle of wine and plenty of the basic supplies were all there on arrival. Lovely area - very relaxing just like rural France should be. We shall return, but for longer! The best Tarte Citrons are in St. Dolay

Dear David and Helena, Thanks again for everything - the welcome package of food and wine was a real treat. Loved the cottage and the area and would love to return. Just wish you were a bit closer to eastern Canada!

Excellent accomodation. We wanted so peace and quiet to write books and found just that. Very warm welcome, good location to visit Brittany in all directions.

Weather not perfect but good enough for us to enjoy a lovely holiday in a very attractive area. Your cottage was very comfortable with everything needed to enjoy our stay. It made the perfect base to stay. A fortnight was far too short and we will be back again to enjoy the Sandy Beaches, Rocky Shores, Historic Towns, lovely Markets etc

Hi Helena & David,
Just wanted to thank you both for a lovely stay - house and grounds perfect - hospitality too!
Had a good run back and arrived at home just in time to see the penalties on the England/Portugal match - no comment.
Dragonfly and butterfly have found a good home.
If anyone we know is coming to stay your way we will definitely recommend your La Bon Vie.

Great place, great hosts, great location and a wonderful 3 legged cat called 'Lu' (what a trooper). We highly recommend it and will return next year.

We had a super time at the cottage. It was spotlessly clean and the bed amazingly comfortable, which you don't often find. We arrived late and hungry and were very pleased to find that our thoughtfull hosts, David and Helena had provided all the items we might need. We are very much looking forward to returning to La Bon Vie in the spring of 2006.
